What’s something people might be surprised to learn about you?

I was born in a double wide, into a family of ten that was raised on less than $50k per year. Earning money to buy my first piece of clothing that wasn't second-hand taught me the value of work.

What’s a career lesson or piece of advice that’s stuck with you?

Never make excuses, always own your mistakes.
