What’s the best meal you’ve ever had — and where was it?

Tough question, I'm a big foodie! My favorites have been mofongo in Puerto Rico, cacio e pepe in Italy, pork adobo in Maui, and patatas bravas in Spain. It's too hard to pick just one!

I performed as a backup singer to Lauren Daigle and Francesca Battistelli in Carnegie Hall in NYC!
